Cartier: Social & Professional Learning Event
This event is a great opportunity to experience the elegance and exhilaration of Cartier while mingling and making connections with fellow VCV members.
With an NGV Introductory talk and access to NGV Friday Nights it will be a chance to get inspired and plan ways that you can integrate NGV Learn Programs into your school's learning experiences. The exhibition features nearly 400 extraordinary jewels, timepieces and jewellery objects. The displays trace the evolution of Cartier's enduring legacy in art, design and craftsmanship. It provides an excellent opportunity to learn about and analyse past and present influences on design.

Schedule:
4.00 - 4.55pm: Introductory NGV Talk
5.00pm: Social hour. Optional: Food & drinks available for purchase at The Barre.
6.00pm - 10.00pm: Cartier - Friday Nights. Includes access to the Cartier exhibition, music by Marley Del Prete and Wax Museum Records along with a screening of High Society (1956), food and drinks also available for purchase.
Ticket Price: $50 per person (VCV members only). Those who email through evidence to of 2026 NGV membership will be discounted to $41.
Conditions: Evidence of NGV membership must be provided to VCV within 24 hours of completing the order. Failure to do so will result in invoicing for the standard ticket price.
